Good proportions, good lines, strong colouring.

I like the idea of the blurry style of background. If you can push that, making it more and more stylized so it's almost dreamlike, that would be awesome.

veeeery nice. I love the lighting. The only major problem is that the dogs are far less detailed than the environment. They feel out of place. Generally it's  good to put more detail on the subjects rather than the surroundings.
